5303: Why use an ePortfolio?

Using an ePortfolio is a great way to keep a record of my learning while also being able to create new learning for myself. As a professional it allows me to reflect on the learning that has already taken place and see where I can add new learning using what I already know. As a Language Arts classroom educator, having an ePortfolio helps me to continue to be innovative and see what works and does ont work well for my teams, myself and my students. By keeping an ePortfolio, I can see myself continuing to study. I always strive for change and relevance in creating more culturally relevant curriculum and resources for their students to help get them motivated to take ownership of learning independently.
