UbD Backwards Design

After using both Fink’s 3 Column Table to plan Significant Learning Environment Outcomes and the UbD Design, I have see benefits from both planning documents. Both of the planning allows you think about the overall goal that you have for your innovation plan and the steps that you have to take to accomplish it. The 3 Column table was more detailed and required more steps whereas the Design for Understanding felt more natural and effective to use. By using both processes, I feel I have gained insight that teachers will use to help implement the Tech-ing TEKS: Blended Learning.
